Two core classes that beautifully complement one another.

Monday Morning
A more energising practice to help you feel grounded, strong and connected for the week ahead.

Wednesday Evening
A softer, slower practice designed to help you unwind, release tension and settle your nervous system midweek.

PARK YOGA EXPERIENCES

I’m especially excited about these longer, more spacious outdoor sessions. A chance to move, breathe and fully exhale in nature.

​

Expect yoga, breathwork, meditation and deep rest surrounded by trees and birdsong, followed by tea, homemade treats and good company.

​

A little pause from rushing.  

A chance to reconnect with yourself, nature and others.

BEACH YOGA EXPERIENCES

Caswell Bay

Spacious outdoor yoga sessions by the sea, with time to move, breathe and unwind beside the coast.

 

Expect breathwork, yoga, meditation and deep rest, followed by a drink, simple snacks and good company.

Optional sea dip

 

A chance to reconnect with a sense of calm and spaciousness, with the fresh sea air, warmth of the sun and rhythm of the waves helping you fully switch off from the busyness of everyday life.

YIN YOGA FOR DEEP REST

Swansea Wellbeing Centre

A deeply restful Sunday evening practice blending yin and restorative yoga to help you slow down, release tension and fully unwind at the end of the week.

 

Expect long-held supported postures, gentle breathwork, calming movement and guided relaxation, all designed to soothe the nervous system and encourage deep rest.

 

A chance to pause, soften and settle into the week ahead feeling calmer, grounded and restored.
