Mindfulness & Compassion Courses
I offer mindfulness and compassion-based courses and programmes for both individuals and organisations, with a focus on how we relate to our experience in everyday life.
For individuals, courses are offered in small groups, creating a supportive space to explore and practise together. For organisations, programmes are designed to support wellbeing, awareness, and more sustainable ways of working with stress and challenge.
This work is important to me because of the difference it can make to how we meet our lives — not by trying to fix or change everything, but by learning to relate to our thoughts, emotions, and experiences in a more steady and supportive way.
These courses draw on mindfulness, compassion-based practices, and experiential learning. Each one offers a different way to explore our thoughts, emotions, and patterns, and how we meet them moment by moment.
Current courses include:
-
Living in the Present
-
Compassionate Mind Training
-
Coming to Our Senses
There will also be opportunities to explore mindfulness in nature through seasonal courses and experiences.
What is Mindfulness?
Through mindfulness and meditation, we can learn to relate more non-judgmentally and compassionately to our thoughts and emotions. With regular practice, we begin to observe and accept our experiences without becoming overwhelmed by them. Over time, this can support a greater sense of calm, clarity, and balance. Mindfulness can help to reduce stress, support physical and emotional wellbeing, and deepen our connection with ourselves and others. It can also open up space for creativity, perspective, and a different way of responding to life’s challenges.
For Individuals
If you’re looking to begin or deepen your experience of mindfulness, these courses offer a structured and supportive way to do that.
Each course provides practical tools and guided practices that you can take into your everyday life. Whether you’re managing stress, looking for more balance, or simply curious about mindfulness, there are different entry points depending on what feels right for you.
Courses are offered in small groups and designed to be accessible, relevant, and grounded in real-life experience.
Organisations
I also offer mindfulness and wellbeing courses for organisations, designed to support staff wellbeing, resilience, and emotional awareness.
These programmes can help individuals better understand stress, improve focus and communication, and develop practical skills to support themselves in the workplace.
Courses can be adapted to suit your organisation, whether as a structured programme, a short course, or part of wider wellbeing provision.
