Description
A steady, energising class to build strength, improve flexibility, and support your balance. Using yoga, breath, and mindfulness, these sessions support both physical strength and nervous system regulation. There is space to move with awareness, release tension, and build stability in a way that feels supportive and sustainable. Over time, you may notice improved strength, mobility, posture, and a growing sense of confidence in how you move and meet everyday life. This is a calm, welcoming space to move, breathe, and be part of a like-minded group. All equipment is provided, but you’re welcome to bring your own mat, blanket, or cushion for comfort.
