Description

Build strength, improve flexibility, and move with more ease through a steady, flowing practice. Blending a variety of yoga practices, including breathwork and dynamic flowing sequences, these sessions support both physical strength and nervous system regulation. Over time, you may notice improved strength, mobility, posture, and a growing sense of confidence in how you move and meet everyday life. This is a welcoming space to move, unwind after the day, and reconnect with yourself alongside a like-minded group. Please bring your own mat and a blanket (and a cushion if you like) for comfort.
