Description
A slow, grounding class designed to improve flexibility, release tension, and support recovery in both body and mind. In this yin-based practice, postures are held for longer periods, allowing the body to gently open and work more deeply into the connective tissues. This can help to improve mobility, support joint health, and ease areas of tightness built up through daily life, exercise, or stress. With a focus on stillness, breath, and awareness, the class also offers space to unwind and reset your nervous system. Over time, you may notice increased flexibility, better recovery, and a greater sense of ease in your body. This is a calm, welcoming space—whether you’re looking to stretch, recover, or simply slow down. All equipments is provided, however you may prefer to bring your own mat, blanket and pillow.
