Mindfulness & Compassion Courses

I offer mindfulness and compassion-based courses and programmes for both individuals and organisations, with a focus on how we relate to our experience in everyday life. For individuals, courses are offered in small groups, creating a supportive space to explore and practise together. For organisations, programmes are designed to support wellbeing, awareness, and more sustainable ways of working with stress and challenge.This work is important to me because of the difference it can make to how we meet our lives — not by trying to fix or change everything, but by learning to relate to our thoughts, emotions, and experiences in a more steady and supportive way.These courses draw on mindfulness, compassion-based practices, and experiential learning. Each one offers a different way to explore our thoughts, emotions, and patterns, and how we meet them moment by moment.There will also be opportunities to explore mindfulness in nature through seasonal courses and experiences.
