Seasonal workshops, deep rest and mindful experiences

These workshops and events are created to offer space away from the busyness of everyday life, a chance to slow down, move gently, rest deeply and reconnect with yourself. Throughout the year there will be a mixture of Deep Rest evenings, mindfulness sessions, seasonal gatherings and nature-based experiences designed to support calm, connection and wellbeing.
