Magical morning yoga by the sea, in the fresh air, calming rhythm of the waves and sun on your skin. Enjoy yoga, breathwork, meditation and deep rest. Connect with others too as we enjoy a drink, nourishing treat and optional sea dip. Absolutely the best way to start your day!


YIN YOGA FOR DEEP REST

A deeply restful Sunday evening practice blending yin and restorative yoga to help you slow down, release tension and fully unwind at the end of the week.
Long-held supported postures, gentle breathwork, calming movement and guided relaxation, all designed to soothe the nervous system and encourage deep rest.
Pause, soften and settle into the week ahead feeling calmer, grounded and restored.
