Jo is a wonderful instructor and her knowledge, compassion and thoughtfulness were apparent throughout the day. I would highly recommend these retreats, as well as Jo’s classes. She is a true professional, who clearly has passion for yoga and wellbeing, and takes the time to understand and nurture students so that they get the most out of each session with her. Joanna offers calm, welcoming spaces to move, breathe, reconnect and feel more at home in yourself.

 

Drawing on experience in education, mindfulness and yoga, I offer wellbeing experiences that support nervous system regulation, balance, strength and connection for individuals, groups and organisations.

 

Through classes, workshops, mindfulness sessions and nature-based experiences, people are supported to slow down, reconnect and feel more grounded in the fullness of everyday life.
