Joanna offers calm, welcoming spaces to move, breathe, reconnect and feel more at home in yourself.
Drawing on experience in education, mindfulness and yoga, I offer wellbeing experiences that support nervous system regulation, balance, strength and connection for individuals, groups and organisations.
Through classes, workshops, mindfulness sessions and nature-based experiences, people are supported to slow down, reconnect and feel more grounded in the fullness of everyday life.
